Why NSDCEA
A new association, built by North County's own.
NSDCEA was created in 2025 by escrow professionals across North San Diego County who wanted a local home for education, relationships, and shared standards. It's run entirely by volunteers from working escrow offices — close to the actual day-to-day of closing transactions in the region.

Membership levels
NSDCEA members join through the California Escrow Association (CEA), which connects you to your Regional association, the CEA, and the American Escrow Association. Choose the level that fits and sign up online.
Active Individual
$315 / yearPracticing or non-active escrow professionals with a Regional membership. Full voting privileges at the Regional, CEA, and American Escrow Association levels.

$315 / yearCurrent or non-active escrow professionals without a Regional membership. Full voting privileges in the California Escrow Association.

$315 / yearAllied-field partners who support the escrow profession but don't practice escrow. Includes Regional and AEA membership; no CEA voting rights.

$140 / yearAssistants, secretaries, clerical, and entry-level roles supporting the profession. Regional membership; no CEA voting rights. Limit two years.
